The design included pavements and infrastructure to cater for approximately 2 Ha of under roof ambient storage with a view to increasing this in years to come.

The current site is approximately 4 Ha and is on the outskirts of Wodonga. The site will house two distribution centres, approximately 10,000m2 each, a 2,000 m3 on site detention basin, approximately 1.5ha of concrete aprons and loading area?s and two staff carparks.

Coomes were part of a project team including local Albury building company, Southern Cross Developers. The project architects and structural engineers were Sydney based.
