The major geographic feature of the site is a single hill, located centrally creating an elevated position that affords views of the CBD and Port Phillip Bay.

This hill has become a focus for the form of the development, accommodating higher density residential development adjacent to a community and commercial centre for the estate. This central area will also feature links into the rest of the development via open space corridors.
