Northpoint Enterprise Park is a 64 Hectare industrial/commercial development. The project is the first to proceed in the City of Whittlesea?s Cooper Street Employment Precinct.

Sewerage, water supply and stormwater strategies were developed for the precinct and significant main drainage and trunk sewer work.

The estate has been supplied with gas by Envestra following an innovative risk-sharing agreement prepared between Coomes and Envestra.

Stage one of the development provided physical infrastructure for approximately 17 hectares of land. Stage two of the project will include a major constructed wetland providing an important stormwater quality treatment function, in addition to an attractive landscape focus for the area.
