Coomes were engaged to survey and design for a new race horse training facility at Sutton Grange.

Services provided by Coomes Consulting included property survey and track design. The layout design included a water storage facility and gallop track design and set out.

Natural slopes were considered an additional bonus for training purposes. Recording of change grades were provided, including track set out identifying grade changes and plans for training purposes.
