The 23 hectare Benalla Lifestyle Village is conveniently located adjacent existing residential housing and retail facilities.

The site overlooks an attractive river corridor as such the urban and landscape design at the village draws much of its inspiration from its immediate environment. It incorporates the existing trees, subtle topography and character of the site while providing a high level of landscape design and amenity.

The environmental sensitivities of the site required a detailed understanding of the natural and cultural features in order to accommodate the client's needs alongside best environmental practice.
