The concept design for this project concentrates on the simplicity of materials and formal layout to frame the view into the estate specifically the immediate Display Village.

The street trees have been selected to highlight the entry and thrive in local conditions.

The landscape design of the entry and neighbourhood park provides a series of stimulating spaces presented in a contemporary style.

Multi-functional elements such as sculptures, provide urban art as well as play opportunities.
