The Boulevard Estate comprises approximately 70 hectares and is located between the Goulburn River, Shepparton Golf Course and the developing residential neighbourhoods to the north west of Shepparton.

The development will comprise approximately 500 residential allotments within a strategic location providing for in-fill residential development to complete the north west residential corridor extending to the Shepparton Golf Course.
