To Provide surveying services to assist with the preparation of documentation as part of the Mt Hotham redevelopment Master plan.
Title surveys of Crown lease boundaries with reports on existing buildings in relation to their Crown Lease boundaries
- Provide feature and level information to project consultants to assist with planning and design
- Set up survey control networks for future development works
- Set out proposed building footprints to assist with evaluation of flora and fauna impacts on the Mt Hotham site.
The site will be developed for mixed uses, including accommodation, retail space and public areas, integrated with adjoining developments to create an active and vibrant alpine village centre for all seasons.
Mt Hotham is a premier winter destination resort, accessed via the Great Alpine Road from Bright or Omeo, or by plane via the Mt Hotham Airport. The resort provides access to a range of snow based activities set amongst the drama of the Victorian Alps.
The Hotham Village is the primary activity centre of the Alpine Resort and is the main portal for access to the downhill ski area.
