In 2003, the Croydon Golf Club resolved to relocate from its current site at Dorset Road, Croydon. Their 43.9 hectare site is set within a spectacular natural environment, and nestled between established residential neighbourhoods.

Recognising the significant housing opportunities presented by the site, Coomes Consulting Group worked with Australand Holdings to develop a staged subdivision for 650 residential allotments. The design of the subdivision and housing utilises the environmental features that make the golf course unique, and contributes to an attractive, functional and environmentally sensitive community that respects the character of the surrounding neighbourhoods.
