JPT was established in 1994 by John Piper and specialise in the provision of arterial road traffic management services to state and local government, contractors and other consultants. In particular, JPT has specialist skills in the design and analysis of traffic signals, traffic signals linking design, intersection design, arterial road design, road lighting, road design, transport planning, traffic impact assessments, public transport planning, transport and traffic modelling, traffic surveys, development and design of construction traffic management planning and road safety auditing. JPT have VicRoads certified Road Safety Auditors.
